ARTISTIC RESIDENCIES

Editorial founded in Valencia in 1998 by Vicente Ferrer Azcoiti (Valencia, 1963) and Begoña Lobo Abascal (Bilbao, 1963). Since then, they have been dedicated to inventing highly illustrated books aimed at readers of all ages. Much of what they publish has to do with the humour, poetry and mystery that animate popular culture. They feel indebted to the work of those graphic artists who have always sought to communicate with the widest and most unknown public. The care and effort required for each new project only allows the publication of three titles per year.

The catalogue currently consists of seventy-eight titles divided into seven collections. With their most recent collection, Aun aprendo, named after Goya´s drawing in which an old man takes his first steps using canes, they want to turn into books some of the experiences carried out in creative workshops, so that children get used to participating in the creation of books and are not satisfied with just being their main consumers.
